What services do you offer?
We specialise in home organisation and cleaning services, including pantry refreshes, linen cupboard makeovers, kitchen cupboard cleans, wardrobe organisation, bathroom and laundry resets, and ongoing maintenance packages. We also offer premium upgrades with product sourcing, labels, and styling.
Do I need to be home during the service?
You're welcome to be home, but it's not required! Many of our clients provide access and return to a beautifully refreshed space. We'll confirm entry instructions during your booking.
Do I Need an In-Home Consultation?
At The Organised Shelf, we understand that every home and every schedule is different. That’s why we offer flexible consultation options to suit your needs:
In Home Consultation - $100 up to 90 minutes (travel charges may apply)
In-home consultations are recommended for premium services or larger projects. An in-home visit allows us to take accurate measurements, discuss your vision, and review storage needs in person.
Virtual Consultation - $ charges apply
Perfect for busy schedules or clients outside our immediate service area. We’ll connect via video call to discuss your space, preferences, and goals — all from the comfort of your home.
Photo-Based Assessment - $ no charge
A quick and easy option! Simply fill out our online questionnaire and upload photos of your space. We’ll assess your needs and provide tailored recommendations. Perfect for our basic refresh options.
Phone Assessment - $ no charge up to 15 minutes

How long does each service take?

Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes, we use non-toxic, food-safe cleaning products that are safe for homes with children and pets. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, just let us know.
Do you supply baskets, jars, or storage containers?
Yes! We can recommend or source beautiful, functional storage solutions to suit your style and budget. Premium packages include measuring your space and discussing the look and mood you're going for.
Can I book regular maintenance?
Absolutely. We offer flexible maintenance packages to help keep your home feeling calm and organised — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly options available.
What areas do you service?
We’re proudly based on the Sunshine Coast, servicing surrounding suburbs. If you're outside the area, get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Is this service eligible under the NDIS?
Organisation services may be eligible for NDIS participants under household assistance or support categories. We're happy to provide quotes or invoices for plan managers. Please check with your provider for eligibility.
